  • What is the expiry date of your products?

    All products include an expiration date printed on the packaging.

    Most products have a shelf life of up to three years when unopened and stored at room temperature.

    Unless otherwise specified, we recommend using the product within 12 months after opening, as indicated by the open-jar symbol on the packaging.
  • How do I store your products?

    To keep your products in optimal condition, we recommend storing them in a cool, dry place away from direct heat and sunlight.

Shipping

  • How can I track my order?

    You will receive a shipping confirmation email when the order ships out. Refer to the tracking number you received in the email.
  • My package arrived with something damaged.

    We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

    To assist you further, please send the following three photos to :

    1. A photo of the outer packaging with the shipping label and tracking number clearly visible.
    2. A photo of all items included inside the original packaging.
    3. A clear photo of the damaged item.

    Please note that compensation may not be available if the requested photos are not provided.
    We kindly ask that you take the photos before discarding any packaging materials.

  • I am missing an item or received the wrong product.

    Please send photos of all items you received to our customer support email at dewrow.offical@gmail.com

    Once we receive your email, we will review the issue with our warehouse team and get back to you as soon as possible.

    Please note that, in some cases, we may need to retrieve the package for further verification. Therefore, we kindly ask that you keep all items in their original condition and avoid opening or discarding the packaging.

  • Can I cancel or change my order?

    Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it. Once processed by our fulfillment team, changes or cancellations are not possible.

    If you no longer want the product, you can initiate a return following our return policy.

  • How can I check my order?

    To check your order status, please refer to the confirmation email we sent after your purchase.

    If you cannot find it in your inbox, we kindly recommend checking your spam or junk folder as well.
    You can also log into your account and visit Account > Orders to view detailed order information.

Returns & Refunds

  • What is return policy?

    dewrow only accepts returns for products purchased directly from www.dewrow.com.
    If you purchased your product from a third-party retailer or marketplace, please contact the original seller or store directly for assistance.

    We gladly accept returns for any reason, provided that the products are returned within 30 days of delivery in their original, unopened, and unused condition with all original packaging intact.

    Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

    Kindly note that original shipping fees and return shipping costs are non-refundable and certain sale products may not be eligible for a refund,
    as specified in advance.

  • I didn't receive my package. 

    Have you checked your tracking information? Please ensure to check your surrounding area and with your neighbors.

    If you're unable to locate your package, please contact us so that we can initiate an investigation with the courier regarding your missing parcel.
  • I've received a wrong or defective item.

    We do our best to ensure orders are packaged correctly, but occasionally mistakes may occur during picking or problems may arise during delivery.

    Any incorrect or defective orders should be brought to our attention upon receipt.

    We may request additional photos of the damaged items, so please refrain from disposing of them until you have connected with our team.
